The sixth longest Norwegian fjord, and one of the most picturesque, beautiful Nordfjord stretches from mainland Norway's western-most point – overlooking Stadhavet, Sunnmørsalpene and Ålfotbreen – to the magnificent Jostedalsbreen, Europe's largest inland glacier. About Nordfjord, Norway
The Port of Nordfjordeid (NONFD) is a modern cruise port opened in May 2019, located in the village of Nordfjordeid in Stad Municipality in Norway's Nordfjord region. It is Norway's tenth most visited passenger terminal with 228,747 passengers in 2025, operated by Seawalk Nordfjord AS using a floating SeaWalk pier system.
Nordfjordeid is set in the Nordfjord region, offering access to some of Norway's most spectacular natural attractions. The iconic Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage fjord 15 km long and branching off Sunnylvsfjorden, is a flagship shore excursion. Briksdalen glacier offers accessible glacier hiking. Harpefossen ski resort provides mountain sports. Popular outdoor activities include hiking throughout the Nordfjord landscape. The port is approximately 5 hours' drive from Bergen, 3 hours from Ålesund, and 9 hours from Oslo.
