CruiseCaptain ("we", "us", "our") is a cruise price comparison and discovery platform available at cruisecaptain.ai. We aggregate publicly available cruise pricing data to help travelers research and compare sailings. We are not a travel agency or booking platform, and we do not sell cruises or process payments.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CruiseCaptain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Pricing information

Prices displayed on CruiseCaptain are indicative and informational only. They are sourced from third-party inventory feeds and may differ from the cruise line's current fare due to timing, availability, promotions, or data delays.

• Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), per person, based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted
• Prices include estimated taxes and port fees but may not reflect all surcharges
• Price availability and accuracy are not guaranteed
• Always confirm the final fare directly with the cruise line or a licensed travel agent before booking

4. No booking or transactions

CruiseCaptain does not facilitate bookings, process payments, or act as an intermediary between you and any cruise line. Any booking you make is a separate transaction between you and the cruise line or travel agency you choose.

5. No affiliation

CruiseCaptain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line, travel agency, or booking platform. Cruise line names, ship names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Some outbound links are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission — managed through the CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) network, including our cruise-booking partner CruiseDirect (see our affiliate disclosure); this is an advertising arrangement and does not make us a partner, agent, or representative of any cruise line.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract pricing data from CruiseCaptain for commercial purposes
• Redistribute, resell, or republish CruiseCaptain data without prior written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, spiders) to access the site at a rate that exceeds normal human browsing
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

The CruiseCaptain™ name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by LiAri Labs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Cruise pricing data is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of those providers.

8. Limitation of liability

CruiseCaptain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data or any other information on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruiseCaptain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to losses from reliance on pricing information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CruiseCaptain shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
