For example, the Siebengebirgsmuseum provides detailed information about the legendary mountain landscape, which is after all the oldest nature reserve in Germany. Drachenburg Castle towers high up on the Drachenfels and is one of the landmarks of Königswinter. The historic villa is located in a quiet area in the region around the nightingale valley. A kilometer-long tunnel system called Ofenkaulen leads through the middle of the Siebengebirge. It offers space for 120 guests in 60 double cabins. The upper and middle decks have French balconies and all cabins face outwards. On board the PORTO MIRANTE, guests have access to two restaurants and a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, the newest Douro ship in the fleet has a panoramic lounge with bar and a skylounge that extends over two decks.
