About Ureparapara Island

Ureparapara is a remote volcanic island in northern Vanuatu, with a partially submerged volcanic crater forming a horseshoe bay. The island maintains very traditional Ni-Vanuatu culture with kastom ceremonies, kava ceremonies, and traditional weaving. It is accessible only by small expedition ships.
