About Grand Bahama Island
Grand Bahama Island is the northernmost island of the Bahamas, home to the city of Freeport-Lucaya. Its resort areas at Port Lucaya and cruise ship visits provide the bulk of tourism activity.
Port Lucaya is the main tourist area with beaches, hotels, and the Port Lucaya Marketplace, which features Count Basie Square with live music.
